CVG, Inc. announced that it was awarded an additional order
totaling more than $1 million from the U.S. Navy's Space and
Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) for its CVG 7700 Wide
Area Network Gateway. Upon completion, CVG will have
delivered more than seven hundred CVG 7700s, which are
deployed worldwide in support of U.S. forces.

CVG, Inc. was recently awarded a $1.2 million contract by
the U.S. Air Force’s Air Combat Command to provide CVG’s
CFK-100 Compact Flyaway Kits. The CFK-100 provides a secure
satellite communications and encrypted networking solution
within two carry-on sized backpacks.

The team of CVG-Avtec Systems, Inc.
was awarded a $6.7M contract to develop a Common Data Link
Waveform Compliance Tester (CWCT). The contract, awarded by
Lear Siegler Services, Inc. (LSI), is part of the CECOM
Rapid Response program for developing the CWCT for use by
the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JTIC) at Fort
Huachuca, Arizona. The CWCT will be used by JTIC for
verifying standard CDL waveform interoperability between
candidate platforms or terminals and network systems in both
classified and unclassified environments.

CVG, Inc. was recently awarded an
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) Portable
Satellite Communications contract by the U.S. Navy's Space
and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) Center - Charleston. This
contract has a potential value of up to $441M over five
years. CVG, Inc. will be offering Navy customers its full
line of integrated, portable satellite communications
solutions. These systems are specifically designed for
military users and first responders, and emphasize easy of
use, ruggedness and reliability.

CVG announced that it will provide a proof of concept,
littoral waters, satellite-based broadband communications
solution for the United States Coast Guard (USCG). The work
was awarded under CVG's Indefinite-Delivery
Indefinite-Quantity contract with General Services
Administration's Satellite Services-II (SATCOM-II) program.
CVG will install two high performance Ku-band stabilized
VSAT systems on USCG vessels, one on each coast, enabling
coverage to approximately 75 nautical miles off shore. CVG's
solution may have the potential of providing the USCG with
substantially improved maritime broadband communications.

Systems, Inc., a leading provider of data
communications products and systems engineering services to
the aerospace, telecommunications and defense communities,
headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia. More information about Avtec is available at

were not disclosed.
