Us
CVG,
Incorporated, is a Virginia-based company formed in 2003. We provide
system engineering and technical assistance (SETA) and program
and project management services to government customers. CVG has
extensive experience working with government customers and assisting
with the development of highly complex equipment and systems.
CVG works with government managers on analysis of mission, program
goals and objectives, cost analysis and cost tradeoffs, concept
development, requirements definition and analysis, system and
lower level specifications, statement of work, proposal evaluations,
contractor oversight, risk analysis and mitigation, system deployment,
training, and logistics. CVG contributes in many specialized areas
specific to a particular customer mission such as operational
environment analysis, interface with other government partners
(both technical and organizational), and training and assistance
to non-US partners.

Steve
Gizinski
President/CEO
Steve
Gizinski is president and CEO of CVG, Inc., where he is responsible
for leading the company’s operations, strategy, and planning.
He brings to this role more than 20 years of in-depth expertise
in overseeing mission-critical technology efforts for commercial,
federal, intelligence, and homeland security customers.
Prior
to joining CVG, Mr. Gizinski served in management positions at
Northrop Grumman and Boeing. At the latter, he founded and led
the Boeing Satellite Applications Center in Herndon, Virginia,
whose principal focus was the implementation and maintenance of
regional and global communications solutions based on satellite
and terrestrial technologies.
Mr.
Gizinski holds a master’s degree in Systems Management from
the University of Southern California, and a bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central
Florida.
Olin
Biddy
Chief Financial Officer
Mr.
Biddy is the CFO of CVG, Inc., and one of its principal founders.
He is responsible for all controller functions, corporate planning
and development, risk management, and development of internal
audits. He also sits on the board of directors. Prior to joining
CVG, Mr. Biddy served as vice president and a board member of
GCI, Inc., where he oversaw business strategy and development.
He
holds a master's degree in business administration from George
Washington University, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering
from Drexel University, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineering (Tau Beta Pi Honor Society) from State University
of New York.
Andrew
Yoder, Ph.D.
Chief Engineer
Dr.
Yoder serves as CVG’s chief engineer and is responsible
for overseeing system engineering efforts and hardware design.
Prior to joining CVG, Dr. Yoder was a senior systems engineer
at Northrop Grumman Information Technology where he investigated
a new software design paradigm for real-time control of hardware
and software components. Previously, he was a senior staff engineer
at the Boeing Satellite Applications Center where he worked on
architecture design for a distributed real-time signal processing
system, as well as control algorithms for automatic antenna pointing
systems.
Dr.
Yoder earned a doctorate and master’s degree in mechanical
engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received
a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (summa cum laude)
from LeTourneau University.
Paul
Reiman
Chief Software Engineer
Mr.
Reiman is CVG’s chief software engineer and is responsible
for overseeing software architecture design and development efforts.
Prior to joining CVG, he was a system engineer at Northrop Grumman
Information Technology responsible for the design and development
of signal processing software systems. Previously, he was the
signal processing manager at the Boeing Satellite Applications
Center, overseeing the design and development of software applications
for real-time signal processing and control.
Mr.
Reiman holds a master’s degree in mathematics for the University
of Kansas and a bachelor’s in applied mathematics from the
University of Missouri.
